We have the following delivery options:

• Royal mail 1st class - £3.58
• Royal Mail 2nd class - £2.95
  
  

You are entitled to free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked if you spend £74.96 or more. 

 

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your product(s), you can return them within 28 days of receiving your order.

Any returned items must be in a resalable condition. This means the product(s) must be returned undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or unworn (other than to try the product(s) on). Please note that where possible, any labels must remain intact and the product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.

Royal Mail return labels can be provided by the Pastel team. Please attach these to your original packaging and complete the return at your nearest Post Office.

Pastel will aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item back to your original payment method.
